Arriving from Kirishima-Jingu Station,
you pass through a calm, understated entrance
and into a library space filled with stories of the land.

Books on ancient texts, tea, and local culture line the shelves,
accompanied by the soft aroma of freshly brewed tea and coffee.
It is a quiet transition,
into a slower rhythm.

香ばしい香りのお茶やコーヒーとともに、

Natural materials shaped by volcanic activity,
textures of Satsuma washi and Oshima tsumugi,
subtle details that carry the memory of the land.

In the panoramic rooms, open on three sides,
there is a feeling of lightness,
as if gently suspended within the surrounding landscape.

薩摩和紙、大島紬といった工芸が、

Each dish follows a gentle progression,
from delicate beginnings to a warm, comforting finish,
inviting you to slow down and savour.

鹿児島の豊かな風土が育んだ食材を使った
「薩摩しゃぶしゃぶ会席」は、
黒豚のしゃぶしゃぶを中心に、
旬の魚介や、この土地ならではの恵みが静かに重なります。

かつお出汁でいただく黒豚、
締めの蕎麦に至るまで、
一皿ごとに、丁寧な流れが感じられる構成。

半個室の落ち着いた空間で、

太鼓や神楽鈴の音とともに、
