'Bamboo’ Treatment at The Spa

This time round, I was pulled toward the ‘Bamboo’ treatment. With a focus on easing back tension, this nurturing treatment blends warm lengths of bamboo with long Swedish massage strokes and deep tissue pressure which helps to alleviate muscle stress, stimulate blood circulation and improve sleep quality.
Amongst their original aromatic oils, I was pulled toward the sensual rose and yang yang fusion blend that helps with relaxation and the nervous system.

私が選んだのは「Bamboo（竹）」─静と深をあわせ持つそのトリートメントは、まるで心にまでそっと触れるようだった。
背中の緊張を和らげることに重点を置いたこのトリートメントは、温かい竹の長さとスウェディッシュマッサージの長いストローク、深部組織への圧をブレンドすることで、筋肉のストレスを緩和し、血液循環を促し、睡眠の質を向上させてくれる。
数あるオリジナルアロマの中から、私が惹かれたのはローズとイランイランのブレンド。
センシュアルで濃密な花の香りが、静かに、けれど確かに、心をほどいてゆく。
